Welcome to True North With Kim. I am a certified travel coach through the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I help caregivers and parents rediscover who they are beyond their role, one intentional solo trip at a time. 

I know this life because I have lived it. I am a wife and mom of two kids who have been involved in sports and activities since they were young. I was the one holding everything together. The schedules, meals, homework, household, all of it. I was good at taking care of everyone else. Taking care of myself was a completely different story.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped knowing who I was as an individual. I couldn't tell you what I enjoyed, what my favorite thing to do was, and I couldn't tell you who I was any longer. If this sounds familiar, you are in the right place. 

I created True North With Kim for parents and caregivers who have given so much to others and are ready to find their way back to themselves. Travel has been a part of my own journey and I believe it can be a part of yours too.
